Further information about how to apply and repayment options, including interest free payments for up to 12 months or revolving low interest plans are available to you. Insurance
Our administrative team is well trained and knowledgeable in third party payment issues. As a service to our patients, we're happy to file your dental insurance claim for you. Please note however, it is your responsibility to understand your dental insurance coverage and make us aware of any changes. We promise never to make diagnoses and treatment recommendations based upon your insurance. We will do our best to provide you with the most accurate estimate of your insurance benefits based on the information you and your insurance company provide for us. Any fees not covered by your insurance benefits will be your responsibility. Deductibles and copayments are to be paid at the time of service, unless prior financial arrangements have been made. It is considered insurance fraud to waive deductibles and copayments.
